We provide AI strategy consulting and education services, including:

Personalized AI roadmap development
AI tool selection and implementation guidance
Workshops and training sessions

All services are provided on an independent contractor basis.

Free Strategy Call

Our complimentary 30-minute AI Strategy Call is an introductory consultation only. It does not constitute a formal engagement or guarantee results. Information shared is for general guidance and does not constitute legal, financial, or medical advice. No-shows or cancellations under 24 hours may forfeit the right to reschedule.

Paid Services & Payment

Fees

All fees are outlined in a separate proposal or invoice prior to service. We reserve the right to update pricing with advance notice.

Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of consulting, all sales are generally final. Contact us within 7 days of service at hello@ultressadiamond.com if you have concerns. Refunds are at our sole discretion.

Late Payment

Unpaid invoices may result in suspended services and a late fee of 1.5% per month on outstanding balances.

Intellectual Property

All website content — text, graphics, frameworks, methodologies, and materials — is the intellectual property of Ultressa Diamond Consulting, protected by US copyright law. Materials shared during engagements are for your personal or internal business use only and may not be resold or redistributed.

Confidentiality

We will not disclose your business information to third parties without consent, except as required by law. Our proprietary methodologies and materials are confidential and should be treated accordingly.

Disclaimer of Warranties

This website and all services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue growth, or results from implementing AI strategies. Results vary based on individual circumstances and implementation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ultressa Diamond Consulting is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid by you in the three months preceding any claim.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where UAD Capital Investments LLC operates. Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation, then binding arbitration per American Arbitration Association rules.
